ERV R N Marvin Greenberg Editor-in-Chief The CBSERVER S changeover from a bifmonthly to a weekly publication early in 1950 gave the student body more complete and upftofdate news and enabled more stu' dents to participate on the staff. 'By sponsoring projects such as the slogan contest for basketball games, the out' standing essmbef' trophy a W a r d, t h e Campus Queen Contest, and a Commuter survey for lower transportation rates, the OBSERVER gave impetus to much school spirit.
