Perhaps I should make clear what I mean by success. Therefore, I will quote a little poem the author of which is unknown. Success doesn't mean that you've won great wealth. That you strove all your life for gain. That you hurried and worried and ruined your health — Success such as that is vain. But the good that you've done with the chance you had — That you aided a man in distress. That you spread good cheer and made others glad — That, my lad, is the true success. Not always crowned with a laurel wreath, Nor placed in the hall of fome. Success to the man in the place beneoth, Is in playing an honest game.
