Norton left his position as Dean of the Ber- nard M. Baruch School of Business and Public Administration to become Dean of the School of Commerce, Accounts and Finance. A respected figure in the field of manage- ment, Dr. Norton has served as an arbitrator of labor disputes, regional chairman of the National War Labor Board, and Commissioners of Mediation of the New York State Board of Mediation. He is also a member of the Board, of Directors of LoeW's Theaters, Inc. Associate Dean ,lohn H. Prime Dean Prime, Professor of Finance at the School of Commerce, has been affiliated with the University as an unclergracluate and as a teacher. Dean Prime received his B.S., A.M., and Ph.D. from New York University. Among his fraternal and honorary accomplishments are Phi Kappa Tau, Alpha Kappa Psi, Beta Gamma Sigma, Alpha Psi Sigma, Arch and Square, Phi Alpha Kappa, Psi Chi Omega, Beta Alpha Psi, Sphinx and Mu Kappa Tau.
