Stephen Robbins HEADQUARTERS The Top of the Aon, 1953-1954- Missing light bulbs, stealthy footsteps, chair-robbing, and the pleasure of bright remarks were some of the incidents that enhanced the lives of ten young men, nine of whom were living their last days at N.Y.M.A. Since the quarters were occupied not only by Captains, but Lieutenants and First Sergeants as well, an organization was formed bent on self-preservation and endowed with an extremely rare sense of humor. With the addition of a stalwart Captain, it was christened the 'iFearless Four plus Onef' Belonging to this coterie of fun lovers were Paul Major, Bill Hunt, George Claiborne, Bill Schwartz, and Joe Friedrich. These young men resorted to many machinations and constantly harassed the other members of the S'T0p of the Ac. The ever-smiling '4victims , who always were good sportsf were George Kotsonis, Dick O,Loughlin, Paul Wollman, Bill Waldron, and Bill McKim, our only Junior after Ray Smith was transferred.
