I sf 1 if As we look back on the years that went passing by H leaving 'Father Time , a little sad, we have begun .,,-,,. ' to wonder what has happened to the 'jolly' six A' seniors who left us after their graduation in 1950. wig We boarded our 'streamlined magic Wigglemobile V and went on a whizzing trip to California. At the t University of southern California, we found Fonzie Humphress as coach . Fonzie invited us to stay -Q' with him that afternoon to see his greatest game Q Nc of the season. During the half we were surprised tc see Fonzie stopped by six or seven movie act- tresses and guessing from what we saw, no certain girl has been able to lasso Fonzie yet. We asked Fonzie where his pal, Donald Delp, had dis- appeared to. He informed us Don had married Joyce Copenhaver, another member of the Senior Class. We journied on in our Wigglemobile which turned to- f ward Rio Janerio in South America where Don is living J Q. in an enormous castle with his 'little Delps . We ' felt quite honored when the butler of the house ush- ered us into a room which we thought to be at first O to be the drawing room. Our first impression was ' quite wrong as the room turned out to be a musician's room. We found Don looking over his awards and medals which he had won in his career of being a pianist. Joyce told us Don was to play at Carnegie Hall the I next week with Joyce as soloist. We spent two wonderful days with the Delps before we left to con- 1 ,' tinue our adventure. ' ' I We returned to the United States and before we knew 6 X .v 4 it we were in the wild west state of Montana. There to ' our surprise we fcmmd Juanita Morgan living at the ran- ke ch where she met a foreman named Tex and they were mar- xvf v is ried last week after seven years of courtship. ,' I t After leaving the newlyweds we continued our trip north to the cold commtry of Alaska, where we hadlnard yn ' rumors of finding Albert Headrick. We stopped at a small village, when we asked about an American named Headrick, everyone became excited. A guide told us he was at a small village teaching at an American Missionary School. Albert and his wife entertained us at their modern little American Home. 3 E. 3 31 ea 'H ' ' PHROPHECY CONTINUED .we gave tham our best wishes and once again we were started home, we stopped at Spring- field, Illinois, and looked for the residence of Leon Self. After he and Joy had married they left for Springfield where Leon had built their house. Reaching their residence we were very shocked to see an enormous, tall shall we say, a tour??? Leon had built their home drawn from a very nodern type of architecture. Due to our enjoyment of being -'N . 'S ' m U , slender building. Joy and Leon took us on 5.4 entertained we spent another day with the Selfs and their family. Saying ngood-bye' once again we returned to our home state of Indiana. Last but not least, on returning to the New Winchester School we fou d the Senior Class Sponsor, Mr. Hall teaching Spanish. Hb told us the little white house Cwhich had recently been builtD across :D-om the school building was his and Beverly's home. we have enjoyed our trip and adventure in which we were very glad to see once again the faces of those we had known so well in high school. We're happy to say that they have been very successful in life. Written by Ju ior Class of 1950 JOY MYERS Plays........
