Hoover The Sophomores started their second year with thirty-seven members. One of their members, Ted Knapp, moved to Shelby and James Alt and Joe Faeth joined the class. Ted Knapp was honored at a farewell party. The class total now stands at thirty- eight. Boys who took part in sports were: Larry Pfahler, Larry Fike, Edwin Heydinger, David Fellows, James Alt, Dennis Rismiller, and Donald Phenicie. Girls who supported the boys by cheerleading were: Anita Green, Twilla Hosey, Betty Ramey, and Karen Zaebst.
