The timber rotted and Bright flags and posters laded. An eerie whistle of music floated out- A carousel, the gaudy paradise Ol proud stallions leapt and danced And the hurdie gurdie tune urged them on. A lone figure-he clutched the horse's mane And grabbed for the brass ring and then Was flung dizzily around to try again, around and a ound Three rides for two bits. How many?
