Employment Committee has been even greater since the war. First, semester they filled 170 jobs. The Arrangements Committee kept our clubroom clean. A new member, Keeper-of-the-Book, was add- ed to the board. The book is a beautiful one from and everyone had lots of fun. The Charity Com- mittee in conjunction with Tri-Ship handled many drives such as the Red Cross Drive, Clothes for European Refugees, and filling of stockings for servicemen at Christmas. Charity committee cor- responds with the newly adopted son of Girls' s Club. He is a boy of twelve in England that the Miss Packer in which a record of Girls Club is to be kept. This year all information on the pre- ceeding years had to be found and entered. The Friendly and Social Committees were kept busy by giving the Friendly Banquet, Freshmen-Senior Party, Senior Suppers, and the Father-Daughter Dinner. These social gatherings were a success club is supporting. Without the Publicity Committee the Girls' Club events could not have been so successful. The members of this committee made banners and posters to publicize our many and varied events.
