You have been fortunate that, during these three years, you have had the guidance of an out- standing Principal like Miss E. Loretta Coons. I-Ier leadership and your own fine spirit have enabled you to surmount the diffi- culties which bothered so many of us as adults. Your record as a class has been outstanding. For this you will long be remembered, and also be known as the final class to graduate under Miss Coons' administration of the school. New Rochelle High School has achieved its fine record because of the fine student body and the excellent records its graduates have made in the world of work and in the colleges and universities which they have attended. Everything that is fine about New Rochelle High School stems from the wise and kindly leadership of Miss Coons.
