Whitt, B. Hensley, S. Goldbach, R. Boys. Four years ago, a Debate Club was added to the extra-curricular activities of New Richmond High-School. Each year the club has improved. This year the Debate Club has been most successful, winning debates from schools such as; St. Xavier, Matiemont. Taylor, Covington Latin, and many others. Besides having an excellent varsity team, New Richmond has also a very promising freshman team. The debate topic for this year is-Resolved: The Federal Government should equalize educational opportunities by means of grants to the states. With the debate season coming to a close, New Richmond has every hope of winning the district tournament. COMPLIMENTS OF A FRIEND

This Chapter is sponsored by Mrs. Nancy Eddy and was installed by the Milford Chapter of the National Honor Society. The purpose of this Chapter is to create an enthusiasm for SCHOLARSHIP, to stimulate a desire to tender service. to promote Worthy LEADERSHIP, and to encourage the development of CHARACTER in the students.
