Varsity Squad EridkTMc fa ' ' L E. Pennington, Manager; L. Spears. D. Colonel, B. Davis, W. Redfield. J. Beckley, J. Kuhn, M. Hodges, J. Taylor, P. Shipp, Coach Robert Tucker. Captains Colonel and Kuhn Though most of last seasons' starters were lost by gradua- tion, the team made a surprisingly good showing with a 12-6 record and a tie for third place in the Eastern Hills league. The team relied on balanced scoring, a tight defense, and a tip out fast break to win most of the contests. Kuhn, Spears. and Hodges carried most of the scoring load in the first half of the season, but Colonel, Davis. and Beckley picked up the slack and came on strong the second half of the campaign. Kuhn and Beckley's scoring and rebounding earned them a place on the E. H. L. A11 League Team.
