HOME ECONOMICS Read the directions before you start sewing. Group discussion is a major part of family living. Preparing students for the future was a past of the Home Ec classes. In these classes students learned cooking and sewing skills. Students also learned what is involved in raising a family by enrolling in family living class and child-care class. As well as learning how to speak these languages, students studied people and cultural background of the countries to obtain insight in the language arts. Speedy assists Charlie in Spanish.
