His kindliness, sense of humor, and sympathetic understanding set a fine example for all of us. She delights her students with her knowledge of German. They come from her classes equipped with a knowledge of German literature and a vocabulary of everyday speech. She supervises the publication of the Central News, our school paper, and helps to ma-ke it the interesting paper it is. She also assists in guiding the affairs of the sophomore class. i Chemistry, Physics, Biology - LEILA HELMICK, A. B. Aside from her scientific activities, bliss Helmick has charge of the Music Triangle of the Girl Reserves and directs the G. R. orchestra.
