He was Z1 school teacher and is now manager of the Buckeye lklachine Shop. - DR. BURREL RUSSELL, Vice President Dr. Russell was born in Findlay, Ohio. He was educated at Findlay High School, Findlay College, Western Reserve, Medical School at Kirksville, Mis- souri, and University of Michigan. He is a doctor and is a trustee of Ohio State University. A. O. STUNEBROOK, Clerk-Treasurer Mr. Stonebrook was born in Bakersville, Coshocton County. -He was educated at Scio College and American Normal College, New York. He taught school forty-four years and was a principal thirty- five years. He was a member of the County Board of Examiners for six years and City Examiner for eight years. At present he is a member of the Coun- ty Visiting Board. 5112?

ff-6-J ADMINISTRATION CLETUS A. FISHER Mr. Fisher was born in Baltic, Ohio. He studied law at Ohio State University, and he obtained his A. B. degree at Juniata College. He has practiced law here for twenty-five years. He is a member of the Rotary Club and the Hospital Board, and he is Chief Counsel for the Conservancy District. RICHARD F. TUCKER Mr. Tucker is our new board member this year. He was born in New Philadelphia. He was edu- cated at N. P. H. S. and Ohio University. He is president of the Dover-New Philadelphia Junior Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Board of Directors of New Philadelphia Senior Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Board of Directors of the Tuscarawas County Y. M. C. A., a member of the New Philadelphia Recreational Board, and an insurance man. DR. C. J. MILLER Dr. Miller retired from the board in January. He was born in Jefferson Township, Tuscarawas Coun- ty, and attended N. P. H. S. and Cincinnati Medical School. Dr. Miller is an active physician in New Philadelphia. 5135
