Bugar, to whom we can dedicate this year's issue of the HUGUENOT. One might say that we began high school together, for it was four years ago that you came to New Paltz High when we were just beginning freshmen. Your efforts during those four years in making life here happier and richer has endeared you to us. VVe particularly appreciate your efforts in bringing us a more varied program of courses, a more extensive guidance program, a student council, brighter classrooms, and a social activities room. Your latest plan for the improvement of the school, the new athletic field, will not be completed while we are here as undergraduates, but we, as alumni, will look at it and say, VVe saw it in the makingf, For all these things you have done for us.
