L Iohrman N1 Redmond M Mason 1 Edmond XVhen we came to the High School from the Campus School last fall we discoxcrad that we were already fairly well acquainted with 'Xen Paltz I-Iigh due to the visit we had made here last spring. VVhat we didnt know regarding the rules and regulations we picked up soon after our arrival with the help of our two advisori, llri. LaF1lce and lIrs. lIcKenna. VVith a class roll of seventy we found our- selves carrying a lot of influence in the student council elections--one of the first events of the school year. As a result we were able to place Pa- tricia VVill in the Council as Treasurer. That the class of l9D-lb is a Go-Getter class was well illustrated during the annual Stu ent Council BI'ljI'lZlflt' Drive when we were far out in front in both total sales 'ind sales per student. As a result of our efforts we were given an ice cream party. Pat VVill and Nancy Iwoehrke both won a trip to New York City where they saw Hgouth Pacific . Beatrice VVenclover won the drawing prize of 325 and two tickets to the Army-New lfexico Football game.
