BACHELORS No other club has the advantage of the Bachelors. Who else can spend their meeting time in the kitchen concocting delicious things to eat? This is the main activity of most meetings, but at others we plan menus and get general instructions on the whys and wherefores of cookery. PRESIDENT ................. Luczai Mr. McKenna PHOTOGRAPHY This year saw the formation and organization of a group of shutterbugs and lens polishers. The principal project of the year was the construction of a darkroom. Originally a dusty storeroom, the darkroom was soon sparkling with the many gadgets that delight the eye of budding photographers. COMMERCIAL GAME The Commercial Club gives us experience and practice in ordinary office duties. We assist teachers by doing such tasks as running the duplicating machine and mimeograph machine, stenciling, typing, and filing. All these projects will help us with our future jobs.. Miss Zibella During the course of the year we have learned to play many games new to us. Some of these games are bridge, pinochle, rummy, chess, checkers, Chinese checkers, and others. The purpose of the Game Club is to provide recreation for the students and enable them to attain skills in games that are socially useful in the development of a well-rounded citizen. FACULTY ADVISOR................ Mr. McKenna CLUBS DANCING This year we have included in our list of activities a new club for students that enjoy dancing and particularly for those who would like to learn to dance or to improve their dancing. This year the Journalism Club has worked hard to improve our school paper, The Nepa Hi-Lites. Many changes and improvements have been made, to give it a more journalistic look. The club promotes the various tournaments of the school year such as the ping-pong tournament and the foul shooting contest. The members help to run the Social Activities Room and lead most of the physical education activities. FACULTY ADVISOR Mr. L. Johnson III RIFLE The Rifle Club got off to a good start this year with the cooperation of the entire organiaztion. The boys cleaned up and repaired the range.
