Student Senate President Vice-President -Secretary Treasurer -Faculty Advisor - Harold Carroll . Robert Harp Helen McCormick Juanita Will Mr. Lake The Student Senate performed the same duties of past years with the untiring efforts of Mr. Lake. In cooperation with Mrs. Arras and other teachers an assembly program was organized for the second semester. The Student Senate, as in previous years, collected money from the student body and through the efforts of Mrs. Shaw, Christmas Cards were sent to many former New Paltz students now in the armed forces. At Christmas time the Student Senate organized the Christmas party given at the school. At the same time a Red Cross drive was successful in raising funds. Our President, Harold Carroll, presides at assembly programs and handles the job in his usual efficient manner. Other members have cooperated in the functions of this student organization.
