Soon after school started we gave a party welcoming the incoming Sophomore class to our building. In December the Senior Class presented a very well acted play entitled “The Ghost Train”. Miss Conard and Miss Moore did excellent work in coaching and directing. A very large audience enjoyed many laughs and thrills. On March 24th we presented an Amateur Show. There was a good attendance and everyone had a very enjoyable evening. The rest of our Senior year was taken up with the publication of the “Huguenot” and preparation for Class Night and Commencement. The Valedictorian of the year of 1939 is Lenore Roeltgen (top) and the Salutatorian is Dorothy Ashton (bottom). Page eleven
