He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

The Class of 1983 would like to dedicate the Memento to Mr. Richard Watkins for his many years of service. Mr. Watkins attended Robertsdale High School in Robertsdale, Pa. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Lock Haven and his Master of Arts Degree from New York University. He has been teaching at New Oxford since 1933. During that time he has taught Biology, Driver Ed., General Science, and History. He enjoys doing bird carvings in his spare time. He supports the local church faithfully and serves on the Hanover Area Christian Business Men’s Committee. We will miss you, Mr. Watkins and we wish you the very best in the future. 4
