CLASS HISTORY 1945-1946. A new year started for another group of Freshmen. Many of us were intro- duced to a new system of school life, but soon adjusted ourselves to the changes. We de- veloped many friendships, got used to a new schedule, and settled down for the year's work. Several members of the class joined the band, F. F. A., F. H. A., and others chose to sing in our choruses. Our officers were: President- W. Sieg, Vice PresidentfG. Yealy, Secretary- F. Clark, Treasurer-J. Millar. 1946-1947. The beginning of another school year. Several boys and girls represented our class in sports this year. Our officers were: President-M. Myers, Vice PresidentwG. Horn, Secretary-G. Krug, Treasurer-G. Yealy. 1947-1948. The Senior farewell party was CLASS OFFICERS C. Roland - - - Presidenl J. Wolf' - Vice-President R. Murnmert - - Secrelary G. Yealy Treasurer H. Stough - Reporler our main event. Another highlight was our bake sale. Not only did we enjoy the baking, but it set us up well financially. Our skating party also was a success, everyone taking all the thrills and bruises that could be expected in one evening. Our oiiicers this year were: President-J. Millar, Vice President-G. Krug, Secretary-G. Yealy, Treasurer-W. Sieg. 1948-1949. The Senior Play, Are You Mr. Butterworth? , yearbook, district and state music contests, county music festival and May Queen festivities are the main events of this year. Our officers for this year are: President- C. Roland, Vice President-J. Wolf, Secretary -R. Mummert, Treasurer-G. Yealy. We have come t o the end of our high school days. With these words we extend our best wishes and gratitude to N. O. H. S. for we have spent many happy hours here. 6
