New Milford High School in 1963 had — 37 classrooms 1 gym, an auditorium, and only cafe A 3 science labs 1 guidance office 1 small faculty room no courtyard! Since the move to the new high school much has happened, nationally as well as locally. We’ve gone through many presidents as well as principals. The town of New Milford has changed from a rural farm area to a suburban community. Many additions to the High School have been made. An upper gym and more bleachers were put on to accommodate our rocking pep-rallys. Two wings have been added on as well: The math wing and the science wing. The courtyard was formed because of these two wings and is now a favorite place for students to hang out, especially in the warmer months of school. In the following pages we hope to bring you on an exciting Journey through 23 years of history, touching off memories of both heartache and Joy.
