Mr. Douglas though quiet as a mouse, Helps make anything from a hammer to a house, Hence to him goes our share in the tools, If all agree its breaking no rules. Mrs. Hulbert is an expert cook, She can make gravy without using a book, Our sugary ways upon her we'll bestow, If she can use them without making foes. Mr. DeBusk says Stand on your head, If you'd be famous after you' re dead I To him we leave our agile ways, They may be helpful in his latter days. Upon I. D. Bullock, Carol Henry bestows A very choice heirloom, free from worldly woes, lt's her secret parldng places in the Balhjnch hills, Where love and romance abide among the rills. ! That the New Market school may keep its ball fame, Jesse Delano, who really knows the game, Wills his skill and wisdom to jimmy Lester, Uphold the tradition jim, in every turn and gesture. Mrs. Gabbert really likes to type, And believes in doing her work jugt right, We're adding our ability to what she knows, Then she can type with her fingers or her toes.
