MAR1BETH OETKEN wills her size 4 1 2 feet to MELVIN 3R0EKER in hopes that his mistakes will be less painful . . . putting his foot in his mouth. We, SANDI HOWELL and EMMA SHELTON, leave our hair coloring to HELEN LYON to add to her col- lection. I, BILL HANKS, leave my poetry pen and dancing shoes to HAROLD MILLER. 1, NORMAN leave to brother MIKE, A book of naughty jokes, Keep it in the family, if wc may, 'Cause you've been pecking at it anyway. (N.-M. Wcstcrbeck) I, CHERYL DARBYSHIRE, leave to PAULA PARSONS my black cheer-leading tights so you won't have to share a pair with your sisters next year. I, JANE WARTH, leave to WOODY my driving ability and access to the west road. Come on, Woody, it's been a tradition for years . . . who arc wc to break it? 1, CHARLOTTE MEARS, leave my Smash-Nash to the LEARS. While one isn't parking it, the other can drive it. 1, SUE HARTUNG, leave my ability to get along with the superintendent to the entire junior class. I, JOHN TOTEMEIER, leave my muscles to CLAUDIA COLBY. I, LARRY PEARSON, leave to DIXIE HAHN my blonde hair . . . it'll sure save you alot of work. From ANN DESOR, our German fair, Who'll be leaving us in June, Wc leave you passports ... 15 pair. In hopes you'll use them soon. We, KATHY PHILLIPS and BARBARA BAUMAN, leave our quiet ways to SHEILA WILLIAMSON, who can certainly use them. 1, DICK FULLERTON, leave to TOM NORTH my track ability. With luck, Tom, you can keep it down. I, KATHY ASILENBACH, leave my artistic ability to draw a man to MARY O'BRIEN. I, CONNIE McKINNON, will my plays, ed. grade, to JEAN MILLER, who can learn something from it, My athletic ability is practically nil, I hope you can overcome it. I, DON JOHNSON, will my algebra ability and the able way 1 handle figures . . . excuse me ... I mean numbers to GARY HILDEBRAND who doesn't mean numbers. I, DICK REID, do endow all my worldly goods . . . including the car payments to MAUREEN. I do, I do, I do. (M. Timmons) I, BOB SMITH, will my bait . . . both fish and female ... to TOM NOEL in hopes you can catch a few big ones. I, DAN THOMPSON, will my whistle bait legs to SUE BLYTHE, in hopes they make up for her short- comings. 1, MARY BROWN, leave my girlish giggle to LINDA ANDERSON, who could use a good laugh. I, SHIRLEY BURKHART, leave my quick temper and leadership ability to TERRY WASSON, so he can lead Clare with a flair. We, STEPHANIE and MARVIN, do will our ability to get by the senior year to the entire juniro class to to be used in case of dire emergency. (S. Winebrenner and M. Quandt) I, LINDA HARPER, leave my good intentions and outwardly, peaceful look to STEVIE SIBERTS with hopes. I, VIRCIL COOPER, will my tester, since it rhymnes so well with HESTER. The tester, biologists agree . . . has nothing to do with fertility. I, KAREN ENRIGHT, will my teachers, tests, and troubles to RAYMA LOVELL . . . since again it rhymes. I, LARRY SCHWEITZER, will to SHIRLEY HOBART my box of Instant Blush ... just add embarrassment. WALDHOFF'S DRUG STORE—Burlington 62 According to Dr. Cooper, love is merely a chemical process. We, BARB and PEG SHIPLEY, leave our chemistry ability to DARLENE SCHONE . . . who from outside observation should be at the head of the class. I, NANCY McNEELEY, leave to DENNIS ABRISZ my French ability in hopes that it may improve his osculating technique. 1, JOHN WILLIAMS, leave to LINDA JOY my wrestling ability in hopes you stay within the ropes. I, MARLYS LEE, leave to DIANNE ABRISZ my homemaking ability in hopes you will have a chance to use it. I, BOB JONES, will my body and brain, for what it's worth to BILL HOEL, for a structure strong and a cerebrum sane, have been my unreachcd goal. 1, DARLA ENGLE, will my long, long hair to ANNETTE DcSPAIN, whom I've heard likes that kind of music. We, JIM RITCHEY and DAN KRAMER, leave to the junior bovs our first completed volume of the Little Black Book. We, SHARON LEE, BOB PETZINCER, MIKE BYRUM, and ROLLIN' SMITH, leave to the entire junior class tire famous Lee barn door. . . . (From the looks of things you could've used it) . . . And in closing, we, the Will Committee, plead the fifth ... a full one, please, for the class trip. SENIOR CLASS PROPHECY The other afternoon, during our spare time, we wondered about the old New London Class of 1963. As we peered down from our lofty height in heaven, we noticed the earthlings in this present state: Although SHIRLEY BURKHART appears to be in fine physical health, she has numerous aches and pains. Twenty years from now we can see her going down to the chiropractors office for her weekly treatment. MARY BROWN has taker, a change of mind towards tumbling. She now has a job at the Barnutr. and Bailey Circus doing a 50 foot dive into a sponge! ANN DESOR says, Wil gebts est enin horta. She is working in the American Counsuls office as a receptionist and interpreter for American tourists. She still says, I don't understand the Americans. DARLA ENGLE contributes one head of hair each year to the Big Wig Makers of America, besides vanning the medal for being the only one who can walk perfectly straight on a ship being tossed and turned in a terrible storm. KAREN ENRIGHT is still drafting . . . not mechanical . . . MEN! !! Knock, knock. Who's there? HARTUNG. Hartung who? Hartur.g seldom ever moves. SANDI HOWELL is still afraid of no man. Why are they afraid of her? BILLY HANKS has developed a new technique in farming. Not only does he use music to increase egg and inilk production, but he has introduced dancing of his owr. creation ... he is noted in these parts for having increased both egg and milk production 10% above all known world's records. BOB JONES says, The customer is always right. This is proved by his elevated position at Wal- gren's Super Market. DANNY KRAMER has his own accounting firm and is affiliated with the CPA . . . (Can't Push Automobiles). BARBARA SHIPLEY is the chairman of General Time, makers of Timex watches. Why? She hasn't rim down yet. EMMA SHELTON: Well . . . she overslept again. CHARLOTTE MEARS: She's still waiting for Emma! 63 MARLYS LEE is now starring in the Off-Heaven production of How to Pass Those Pearly Gates Without Really Trying, co-starring DICK FULLERTON who has a job blowing Gabriel's Trumpet . . . as he is always tootin' his horn. JOHN WILLIAMS runs the thunder now-a-days. When he throws the ball, those 9 pins really rattle! VIRGIL COOPER has a scientific honor society named after him . . . the C.C.C.C.C. (Cooper, Conservative, Communicable, Contagious Club). NANCY McNEELEY's posture won her the position of the girl most at home with a baton in her hand. Other than sports, JIM RITCHEY had but one other sport in high school . . . GIRLS! Now he has a position on Broadway, directing a chorus line, helping June Taylor. BOB SMITH has lived as a hermit for the last 10 years in the Ozarks. He has managed over all these years, continuing his taxidermy study, by stuffing all the dead animals he could find. What happened in tire room! It seems to have gotten much lighter in here. I should have guessed. Present among us here tonight is the President of the Sylvania Electric Co. . . . LARRY SCHWEITZER. I'll bet Larry has the cheapest light bill in town; he's always radiating! Some way or another SHARON LEE got by the gate. She is now over on cloud 9 trying on wings. So far she hasn't found a pair that will fit. DAN THOMPSON is described as: First in war, first in peace, and first in the hearts of his class- mates. (And because of his driving, first to make it up here!) CONNIE McKINNON is back to wearing glasses. Since her hair grew over her eyes, she had to give up her contacts. You should hear the heavenly music that LINDA HARPER still produces in the choir up here ... It is really something to sit back and lister, to . . . don't look now, but she might be asleep. For some years MARIBETH OETKEN worked for Ayds people . . . A-Y-D-S . . . She is now un- employed because site took too many. MARVIN QUANDT has shamed the old Ben Casey Series with his new program called Marvin's Microscope. JANE WARTH is the sole owner and employer of Canned Laughter Incorporated. With her giggle, what more does she need? STEPHANIE WINEBRENNER has reached her goal in life; she has a syndicated column in the New York Times called, Stephanie's Inside Dope on Boxing. Well, there goes KATHY PHILLIPS again. She's been floating around on Cloud 9 for several years. Don't worry, she will make it yet. I wonder when Tarzan II, alias BOB PETZINGER, will realize that we don't have a zoo up here. Therefore, I wish someone would tell him that his animals arc for the jungle. Tarzan 11 has replaced his assistant Jane, by none other than JOHN TOTEMEIER. LARRY PEARSON, Do blondes really have more fun? PEGGY SHIPLEY: Let's sec now? . . . She was doing work at ... No ... I saw her in . . . Why . . . I can't remember. Oh, Well, she was forgetful . . . and still is. 1 haven't heard from NORMAN WESTERBECK lately . . . last 1 heard he was heading down south. They're using ROLLIN SMITH'S mechanical ability to keep the furnaces going down below. KATHY ASHF.NBACH is the Ipana Girl now, and is still looking up to the world. CHERYL DARBYSHIRE is the President of the W.S.C.U.; co-chairman for the planting of the Galileo monument, is on the judging committee for Miss Farm Girl of the year, creator of the new zip shoes, chairman of the humane society for the protection of tire plattypus, and President of the Ladies' Bone-Cracking Association. The poor girl is still confused. BARBARA BAUMAN is still a challenge to tire great Homemakers of today. MIKE BYRUM is now an executive in charge of social work and hasn't been late for work ONCE in 30 years. Have you ever wondered how the constellations in the sky were formed? We know who sets the type for them . . . DON JOHNSON. At the end of the rainbow, much to our astonishment, there sits DICK REID, once successful banker, in the pot of gold. And finally, we want each and everyone of you to find your own Pot of Gold. KOCH'S PAINT SUPPLIES—Burlington 64 Mu imoN mnm co-op wainmrizht corp.
