CLASS WILL We the members of the class of 1957, in the last solemn hours of our rule and influ- ence over the teachers, leave as a terrible and awful reminder of our obligations to the struggling sub-classmen, iwho would have fallen by the wayside had it not been for the splendid examples set by aurselvesi our last will and testament. TO WHOMSOEVER WANTS THEM: One set of teachers, slightly used, but still serviceable. One truck load of pencil stubs and waste paper. We give to the Sophomores gum we weren't supposed to chew, candy we weren't allowed to eat and paper wads we couldn't throw. They may come in handy someday ..... To the Freshmen we leave our good behavior iwhich they need and we ain't gotl . l, Jim Taft, will my ability to behave in study hall to Willis Bazarth. The best solution is to stay awayl l, Jim Rapien, will my free passes to the show to Dennis McAvoy, along with my challenging cry Remember the Alamo! l, Darlene Underwood, will my firey red hair to Walter Walz so that his hair will match his blushing red face ..... l, Betty McCabe, will my glasses to Yvonne Miller so she can keep her eye on Harvey Me, Wendell Summers, will my out-of-town dates to Leon Durham, Danville included. To Linda Oetken, I LeRoy Gilleard, will my love for the teachers! Now you can give up all those ninth period study halls, Linda . l, Gary Fane, do give and bequeath my stature to Bill Denney. If anyone even hints that you're on stilts, iust step on him and let him know better. . . l, Mary Decker, will my ability to catch a man to Opal Lyon in hopes that Opal has as good luck as she did . . . . Coleen Brown wills her little feet to Beet Feet Grimm in hopes that he can control them better than his own. I, Jerry Sliger, will all my relatives to Wanda Richenburger. Come on Wanda, Let's keep the rest of the class entertained with amusing stories about each one. I, La Vonne Waddle, will all my pen pals to Madeline Wilson. Madeline, you will have to write pretty hard to keep up with La Vonne. Elvin Swailes will his brain to the biology class in hopes that they will find something interesting. To Larry Farnsworth, Bill Collins wills his truck providing it's still in running condition at the end of the year. It's not quite as drafty in the truck as on a motor scooter ......... 12
