The list of activities included their participation in the sale of concessions during the regular football and basketball seasons. The first big event of the '5 9 year was their sponsorship of the Captain Penny show on April 10. During April and May the Juniors developed a new idea for making money - selling Thank You Notes. To climax a prosperous year, the juniors honored the Class of '5 9 with a DinnerfDance at the new Terrace Hotel in Ashland, Ohio.
