Cast Will and Zest ament We, the graduating class of New London High School of 1957, realizing that the close of our school days is near at hand, think it wise to leave some- thing to those who in the future will undertake to fill our places. In the course of our high school days, naturally, we would like to dispose of all our characteristics, habits, beloved possessions, and worldly goods as follows: Section I. To the Junior Class we leave our front row seats in assembly and hope they look as attractive there as we did. Section II. To the Sophomores we leave our ability to sweet-talk the teachers into any and everything. Section III. To the Freshmen we will our studying habits and quietness in study hall. Section IV. To Mr. Turner and the faculty we leave a sincere appreciation for their interest and willingness to help each student. Section V. To our advisor, Mrs. Rogers, we leave our grateful appreciation for friendship and understanding through our high school years. Section VI. To individuals we do let fall o n worthy shoulders these personal belongings: Item 1—1, Faye McIntyre, leave my ability to foul in basketball to Jo Starr. Item 2—1 Donald Faulkner, do will my corny jokes and my ability to laugh at them myself to Jimmy dark. Item 3—1, Peggy Turner, do leave my ability to get married AND GRADUATE, to Frances Plyler. Item 4—1, Betty Griffin, leave my well worn typing book to my brother, Donald, since it is too abused for much more use. Item 5—1, Ava Kirk, will my ability to go steady to Katheryn Starnes. Item 6—1, Gwen Calloway, will my bottle of hair bleach to Jeanette Wagner Item 7—1, Lewis Burris, will my quiet ways to Roger Scott. Item 8—1, Lenn Bullock, leave . . . Item 9—1, Neva Jo Hunter, leave my witty ways and my ability to play basketball to Katheryn Griffin. Item 10 — I, Mildred Miller, do will and bequeath my slow and almost sure movements to Linda Burris. Item 11 — I, Reba Morton, do will my giggles and chatter to Barbara Harward.
