4' Ji, ...Sl , PRI CIPAIIS MESSAGE To the members of the Class of 1960: You will be receiving your diploma from New London High School soon and you will be closing a phase of your life, which will be an important factor in your future. The need for as much education as possible is so great today though, that you should not be contented to coast along on your high school education alone. l but instead you should use your high school education as a stepping stone to more and more education. Your own success and that of others will depend on how well you, as an indi- vidual, accept your share of the responsibilities you will encounter. It is my hope that your four years at New London High School have helped to prepare you for this. The faculty joins me in wishing you success in your endeavors in the future.
