The Glee Club, although smaller than it has been in past years with only 67 members, had a successful year. Under the direction of Mrs, Norman Rockwell, the Glee Club has presented two main programs, a Christmas program in which all groups sang, and a Song Festival in the spring. All groups participated in the medley of great hits. The Glee Club also sang for the P.T.A. and in a united caroling party at Christmas time. The Mixed Chorus is a newly organized group under Mrs. Rockwell's direction. There were 44 members, boys and girls combined. This group was introduced at a P.T.A. meeting in the fall. The group also offered numbers in our school programs, community functions, and went caroling at Christmas time. The Glee Club and Mixed Chorus sent a select group to Ohio Wesleyan University, Delaware, to participate in a 1,000 voice choir. 19
