BERNARD P. HANAN, B. S. Mr. Hanan, who came here for his first year as an instructor of science at the beginning of this school year, has proved himself a scholar and a gentleman. He hails from Wadsworth, Ohio, is a graduate of Sharon Center High School, and completed a full course at Baldwin-Wallace University, where he received his degree. He has been our guide through several profitable and highly enjoyable field trips, and, while noted for his strict discipline, he is one of the most popular teachers in the school. We are all grateful to him for his kindly consideration at all times, and trust the board of education can likewise appreciate his capabilities and will retain him on their corps of teachers for many years to come.
