ecreafiona! At the beginning of the school year, the officers representing each class got together and formed a recreational com- mittee, With the help of this committee, a carefully planned schedule was made so that each class, alternating weekly, would have charge of the different ac- tivities. These activities were - dancing, basketball, ping-pong, shuffle board, box-hockey, baseball and dart ball. Needless to say, everyone acclaimed the program a worthwhile contribution to the students' morale. cf EIA CM The Future Farmers of America consists of eighteen members: eleven freshmen, three sophomores, three juniors, and one senior. Our advisor is Mr. Frank Kelley. Each of these eighteen members has a project such as production projects, improvement proj- ects, crop products, and supplementary projects. The production projects we have this year are swine, dairy cattle, beef cattle, sheep and poul- try. We sold seed corn during the year. This has helped boost our treasury considerably. Our activities included a pest hunt, a field trip the to see a professional basketball game, and buying of an electric dehorner. The pest hunt was and organized of two teams: the Shinboners the Ciickers , The Shinboners won by a small margin. Most of all this year, we enjoyed the basketball 'game we saw in Lima, the Globetrot- ters defeating the Boston Whirlwinds.
