MR. BRYANT R. HARPER Principal Mr. Harper, a Virginian by birth, was educated at Hampden-Sydney College where he obtained his B.A. degree, and then he attended the University of Virginia and received his M.A. degree: We are very fortunate in having him as principal of New Kent another year and hope he continues to be with us. MR. CLARENCE JENNINGS Superintendent Mr. Jennings was educated at William and Mary College where he received his B.A. degree in 1915. Later he attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and there he received his M.A. degree. For many years we have known and respected Mr. Jennings. He has been the superintendent of the Tri-County schools since 1924.
