755 Szrmf his year the Taleoken Staff has en- deavored to bring to the students of Ken Hi a year book which will pre- serve priceless memories oi this past school year for future days. The theme of our book, as you have probably al- ready observed, is a three-act play with the school taking the first act. In Act I We bring before you the three groups of our fundamental school life-the board of education, the faculty, the classes. Act ll unfolds the story of organizations and activities-those events which add zest to everyday school life. Act Ill attempts to recreate the thrills, satisfactions or dis- appointments oi the many athletic con- tests. Each act portrays a different phase .1 . 1 f,. ,f e. .tl t tlgt N t I t Gupte-nfs' in- of school life. The best student character participates in the scenes of Act l to the extent of his ability and in the scenes of Acts ll and HI as his inclinations, talents, and opportunities make possible. The play is being presented by the Seniors of New Kensington High School. The prin- cipal actors and actresses are the stud- ents of Ken Hi. Our play has been pro- duced by the Taleoken Staff and directed by the advisors. Due to the existing eco- nomic condition, our play has no extra- ordinary pageantry, but We have done our best under such a condition and We sincerely hope you will enjoy the per- formance. it ' ti N 1 f 1, ti, .
