F rank Marotti Advisers .. .,....,.,.,. Mr. Kordes, Mrs. Klinke, Miss Walker Little did we realize that the four best years of our lives would pass so swiftly. lt seems that only yesterday we had our first class name, freshmen. Soon we became acquainted with the new arrivals from Parnassus in our sopho- more year. At first the old feuds arose, but most of them disappeared by the time the Stewart School juniors joined us in 1946. We worked together selling candy, magazines, and pencils, in order to sponsor the most important event of our career, the Prom. The summer days, filled with joyous activities moved on. How incred- bile it seemedg only nine months of Ken-Hi re- mained. And now, slowly, the responsibilities and pleasures of being a senior dawned on us. We were a part of the most important happen- ings: senior pictures, class rings, name cards, announcements, special assemblies, and of course, many exams. The worry and practice for Class Day, that it would turn out just right, and the exclusiveness of the Senior Private kept us well aware of the fact that we would soon be leaving these familiar halls. Before we knew it our last day had comeyllaleoken day and Prom day in all its splendor. Graduation is now only two weeks away, and we realize all that those four years meant to us. We realize, too, that we can never relive them, but we will al- ways retain the memories.
