It is his responsibility to see that all schools in the district are uniform in the curriculum of the subject taught. In order to be better able to fulnll this responsibility he is familiar with the teacher, stu- dents, and subject. Years of teaching have aided his understanding of student-teacher relations. Each coordinator is in charge of his department in each of the separate schools.
