He is knocked out cold by one of his experiments and wakes up to find himself in the Court of King Arthur. From then on, the striking contrasts between the old and the new develop into a series of ludicrous events. Television, radio, aviation, football, and even the corner drugstore find their way into the kingdom of Arthur through the influence of the enterprising young engineer ...... who eventually finds himself in hot water.
