The sophomore boys and girls are very much interested in sports. The girls have an organization which they can join to receive points for a letter. This club is called the Girls' Athletic Association. The sophomore girls were very happy over their victories in the bas- ketball and volleyball tournaments. The team consisted of Delores Schlink, captain, Eleda Stemmler, Bonnie Swihart, Alice Oberlin, Anna Lee Groves, Marian Lampe, Verda Byers, Ioan I-lively, PGQQY Neuman, Lois Amstutz, El- eonora Rebber and Bonnie Adams, acting as Student Manager. During the past year the sophomores have had entertainment and amusements which included a hayride which was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone present. After the hayride a Weiner roast was enjoyed.
