Miss Minerva Eberly A native of Pennville, Indiana, Miss Eberly was graduated from the Penuville I-Iigh School and, later, from Indiana State Normal School and Indiana Uni- versity. Four years after receiving her B. A., she com- pleted work for her M. A., which was awarded by the same institution. She has also attended summer ses- sions at Chicago, VVisconsin, Harvard, and Colorado. For twenty years now Miss Eberly has taught English in our school and has been a most conscien- tious and faithful member of our faculty. Quiet, sincere, unselfish, and loyal, she has done a splendid job and has made many friends, who now wish her the highest degree of health and happiness in the years to come. Dr. George T. Davis Dr. Davis has been a member of the history de- partment of the I-Iillhouse faculty since 1923. For many years he sponsored the 'World Affairs Club, one of the most popular student organizations. The members of the class of 1944 and the faculty extend to Dr. Davis their very best Wishes. 23
