For physical discipline : | Preparation of the finest was given to the ROTC cadets. Military organization, leader- ship, military history, maps and aerial photo- graphs, first aid, combat formations, weapons ... these were only a few of the things studied by the ROTC boys. Required of all ninth grade students, these classes did exercises, learned sports and games, and became well- informed about health hygiene. In unison gym students participate in daily exercises which are a part of gym routine. Latter part of period is usually spent in sports. 21
