As days passed by, we'-became accustomed to F. g high school life. The most important event of the Q ff 5 year was our initation by the sophomores. Our class A I ' enrollment was decreased to nine. This was caused by A - ' 1 Ralph Shaner, Warren Wagner, Junior Williams, and Q 5 James Beusher leaving school. ' f , The next fall we returned to school, as sophomores 2 I After 'registration we found that our number had been 3 g increased to ten by the addition of one new pupil, 5 I Ruth Shaw. The tow most important events of the year T 2 was our initiation of the freshman class and our 5 theater party at the Quilna Theater in Lima. During 5 the last half of this year Virginia McPheron left 5 Z to enter Columbus School for Girls and Herschel Q I 5 Arthur withdrew. This decreased our enrollment to E 1 eight. E s 5 In September 1958, when we entered school as jun- 5 L 1 , iorsilKathryn Smith, our neg pupil, increased our 5 4 I enro ment to nine. It was uring this year that the p I class rings were purchased. Later in the year we all 'L ug,-,gg I decided to try our luck in acting and with the help 5 of r. Young we successfully presented the play, f Romance In A Boarding House . In April, the Juniors f QE, I entertained the Seniors with a Banquet at the Ladies Q ,gpg-'ggiii f Aid Hall and a theater party at the Ohio Theater in 5 I, I Lima. Our enrollment again was decreased to ci ht 493555 Q when Don Baggs left school because of ill healih. I In September, I959, the one time shy freshmen Q Q7 f were elevated to the rank of dignified seniors.Al- f A I though KathY1 an Smith has left us we still have p i,,,f-gifgglggiqi 5 eight in our class, since Virginia McPheron has re- Q I turned to us, and Hazel Hartman has entered as a Q P,--, I new pupil.
