SENIOR PROPHECY Being in an advanced state of perplexity and confusion, I, John Ford of the prophet committee of the Class of '56, jumped in my speedy Thunder Bird and dashed down Highway 87 to consult the greatest of all globe- gazers, Madame Symore Things, Upon a r riving at the Sign of the Hand, I gathered up all of my resources and personal valuables to make up the minimum 50 cent charge. Finally, I ventured into Madame Symore Things' dwelling and saw more things!!! This is what she re- vealed to me ----- Terry Essary is now a devoted wife. And being a do-or-die enthusiast, she is still trying to bake a cake. Donna White is in the Waves still. She is standing at the rail looking at the beautiful sunset, Oh! correc- tion she is just seasick. George C a r lt on is now a well known comedian on Television. George Goble has long since faded away because of the competition. Carolyn Arthur is now a nurse, she has just perfected an antianemic pill and a foolproof cold preventa- tive, Ain't that nice! Wilton Phillips is keeping the city in bread, he is now driving a bread truck you know. Gary Smith is quite the man about town in the movie world. He puts butte r in the popcorn machine! Charles Price is still saving box tops trying to get a wedding ring for Helen, Carl Teeter is on his way to being a big business executive, he now weighes close to 300 pounds. Elvia Davila is a missionary to deep dark Africa. She finds time to write home between escapes from the Cannibals. Don Snid e r is now on tour with the BUDWISER HORSES. He can be distinguished from the horses by a large mole under his left ear. Jerry Don Deavours joined the navy, and is now swimming back to the U. S., someone sunk his mud-duck. B illy Carpenter is still sitting in Algebra II, He subconsciously repeats to himself, I can pass Alge- bra II, without Algebra I. I can pass Algebra II, without Algebra I. C. L. Cowan wanted to be an old farmer, but he is a new milkman, Q We still see James Exum doing Carolyn's bidding,however, he is making a name for himself, for he has just been awarded the Gold Medal of Award and Achievement for his latest design ---- the 1986 Jeep. Sally C ro s noe was doing alright for herself playing the piano at the New York Philharmonia, until she fell on her head, now she thinks she is a drummer, Margaret Isaacs is a happy little housewife singing at her chores and not because she's got a new Shelvador. Juanita Kelly is a state figure in the sporting world, Her squad took second place in the state finals for the third consecutive year. She really knows her coaching--when it comes to dominoes. Minnie Trammell is a leader in her field of entertainment, She is the proud owner and trainer of T ree- top's Flea Shop, famous flea collection. Linda Kay Miller won S 64,000 on It Pays to be Ignorant. Then Bobby Weiss married her for her ITIOHSY- Dee Ann Abbe adorns the cover of many a magazine these days--especially Field and Stream and U. S. Cattle Reports. Bettye Lincecum has taken up where Dorothy Dix left off, she advises the sad of heart and the forelorn. Wilda Flinn is a typing in st ru ct o r, She teaches in t we lv e easy lessons, how to type the alphabet or money cheerfully refunded.
