Bomgardner, Mr. Paul Guyer. MR. CHARLES GEMMILL Associate Superintendent Commander in Chief - skillfully directs the schools in the New Cumberland Ioint School System. Through his many years of loyal and devoted service, he has striven to give the school the best staff and facilities possible. His farsighted administration has instituted many familiar phases of curricular and extracurricular activities. With the completion of the new Cedar Cliff High School his direct association with the high school ends, although he will head grades 1 through 9 in the New Cumberland Iointure. To us he will always be the wise and guiding spirit of our high school days.
