Foreword In 1907, New Cumberland High School came into existence by awarding to six students diplomas for having completed a two-year high school course. The following year another term was added and the school won the state's recognition. But it was not until 1917 that our Alma Mater became a four-year high school. just as education offered in the early history taught our predecessors to think and leave behind records of their thoughts, their deeds, and their actions, so we have realized the advantages our new educational program has given us, and leave this, our senior number, as a record of the organi- zations and achievements of New Cumberland High School during this year of 1936.
