WITH HIGH SCHOOL BEHIND US WE FACE We've talked big for a long time, now we have to prove that we're adults. Some of us will go on to college where we'lI find the work much stiffer, others will join the Armed Forces or march down the aisle to wedding music, and still others will dis- cover various jobs that suit their plans. lt's going to be tough, we know, because no one is going to do our thinking and our planning for us. Most of us are uncertain of the future and not quite sure just what we want out of life, but we know it's com- pletely up to us to make it successful. Maybe it won't be as hard as it sounds, though. One thing we know for sure is that we're not afraid of lnard work. Here in Nl-IS we've learned to accept responsibilities, budget our time, organize our thoughts and to face every situation with a smile. Vxfe've piled a lot of work and fun into our school life and we'lI always remember it, but now we must take time to shift gears and to move forward with confidence. Using practical experience as an aid to help in her studies at college next fall is the future doctor, Nora Skarnelis, Pounding a typewriter as an office assistant is a good begin- ning for Marcia Wallen who is interested in the business field.
