Work in this club began last summer and continued under pressure for most of the year. Copy was assigned for the staff to pre- pare plus their work of writing cap- tions, headlines, identifying pictures and getting ads. The staff was headed by Carolyn Nicodemus with Pam Wykoff as assist- ant editor, Barb Roloff as associate editor, Claudia Stoneburner as busi- ness manager, and Mr. Haagas spon- sor. In addition to producing the year- book the staff also sponsored the Sweetheart Swirl. Frani Folk was chairman for this project. There is little doubt that the staff members are proud of their book, be- cause thereis a little of each of them on every page. Claudia, Pam, Nicki, and Barb seem involved in identifying pic- tures for the deadline. 18
