Rodgers as king and queenof the Halloween Festival, and they chose ''Donuts and Cider'' as a money making activity. Early in the fall they started their social activities by inviting guests to a weiner roast on the athletic field. In November they sold magazines to the tune of over $2,000. J. Dudeck and M.
