NEW BUFFALO SCHOOL BOARD 1962-63 K Supt. Reyher, Mrs. Trepany, Mr. Ghareeb, Mr. Russell, Mr. Shimkus, Mrs. Raz, Mr. Zientarski, Mr. Kelderhouse. The School Board's major activity this year was the proposed plan for a new high school and gym. The vote was October 2. The issue, we are sorry to say, was defeated. 6

DAMON SIMON This year marks the second year of Mr. Simon's stay in New Buffalo. His work in Guidance has helped many students in their work--in or out of school. We owe many thanks to a very fine friend-- to whom we take our problems. G U I D A N C E MARJORIE S LATER Mrs. Slater's office, across from Mr. Simon's, is open all the time--from 8:30 to 12:45. She helps solve personal problems and schedule conflicts in the morning and in the last two hours of the day teaches two home economics classes. In both, she does very well, and the thanks go to her also. B
