GIRLS' SPORTS CLUB OFFICERS They provide the oil to keep the machine running. in Frangione, secretary, Kathleen Bryson, treasurerg Claire xnningham, president, Nancy Olson, vice president. GIRLS' SPORTS CLUB The Girls' Sports Club was formed to pro- vide the girls with an active sports program. The basketball teams have had a very suc- cessful season being defeated only four times out of a total of twenty-five games. On the Ping-Pong squad, jane Giedraitis is the star player, defeating all other members of the group. The Hockey team won two games, tied one, and lost one. Kathleen Bryson was the most out- standing player on the field. In the National Interscholastic Tournament the Archery Team scored 1,057 out of a pos- sible 1,080 hits, total score, 6,478 Also, they entered the State and National Spring Tourna- ments with top scores. Eleanor Venberg with a score of 110 and Carmela Salafia with a score of 111 are the two top bowlers. Girls are anticipating games with schools from the surrounding territory in the spring in Volleyball, Softball, and Tennis. BOWLING TEAM Strikes and spares their routine. C. Salalia, M. Sablotsky, J.
