Implementing the plan are Mr. Frank Iames . . . who acts as Assistant Principal and counsellor for post-graduation plans, to say nothing of meeting personal problems of the boys, and as Director of the guidance program for all schools . . . and Miss Winifred F. Reynolds, who, as Dean of Women, performs for the young women duties similar to those of Mr. Iames.
