First, is his brother joe, called Penoke , who made the All-State Football team and who captained the football team in 1930. Later came the small six foot baby Penoke who captained our team to a State Championship and was awarded a trophy for the best sportsmanship shown on a football team in High School circles. His smile and his amiable personality have made him known to the student body. He eats plenty, as people say he bribed someone to elect him chairman of the Banquet Committee.
